Your sponsorship includes prominent signage in the Café, the browser start page set to your company’s home page, your logo on a large overhead hanging sign, exposure on the International Robots & Vision Show web site and inclusion in marketing materials. Want to highlight a new product? Direct attention to your product and traffic to your booth with a giant “Hot Product” standing billboard. These full-color graphic signs are approximately 4-feet wide by 8-feet tall and are placed right near the show entrance. You provide artwork (technical specs will be supplied), includes color output, mounting and placement on show floor.

Simply provide 5,000 of your logo giveaway items (pens, hats, mugs or any easily transportable promotional item) and we’ll pre-stuff them into the show bags. Your company name and contact information is in their hands even if they don’t stop at your booth. Limited to 5 sponsors.

RIA, AIA and MCA send emails to all pre-registered show and conference attendees 4 to 6 times in the months prior to the show. Your sponsorship will highlight your company and includes a color logo, a brief description, your booth number and a link to your website. This is an excellent way to deliver your company message right to the attendee’s desktop. Maximum four sponsorships.

This ad is located on the right hand side of the IRVS Home Page and will be seen by all who look for information on the show and/or register to attend. Limited to 8 ads per month, logo ads can be as simple as your company logo or a more elaborate animated ad. Ads link to your company’s website. For show exhibitors only.

These product ads appear on the IRVS Home Page and will also be seen by all those who come to this site. They include a full-color photo of the product you are featuring, up to 50 words of descriptive text and a link to your company’s website. Featured product ads are sold on a first-come, first-served basis for the four available slots each month. You must be a show exhibitor to sponsor these ads.

The International Robots & Vision Show Conferences feature some of the most qualified buyers/users at the show; people who are making an investment of their time and money to attend a conference. You can get your company name, logo, booth number and 3 or 4 bullets of text on a large sign in each of the conference session rooms with breakfast. Sponsorship is limited to 2 companies and signs will remain up throughout the 4 day conference. 

Our Conference Giveaway Sponsorship is a way to get your company name in front of and in the briefcases of this valuable group. We are specifically looking for companies to supply imprinted notepads and pens to place at each seat – a quantity of approximately 1000 is needed.
