OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Show & Go iPod Giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Automated Technologies Council, Robotic Industries Association, Automated Imaging Association, Motion Control Association, and associated advertising and promotional agencies, immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. These same restrictions apply to speakers and exhibitors of the International Robots & Vision Show.

3. How To Enter. The Sweepstakes runs from March 19, 2007 and ends at 12:01 a.m. (E.D.T.) on June 1, 2007. Entry forms consist of International Robots & Vision Show registration forms published on sponsor’s Web site, www.robots-vision-show.info. You may also visit the office of the Automated Technologies Council between 8 AM and 5 PM to obtain a sweepstakes ticket. Registrants will receive a unique badge number for the International Robots & Vision Show which will serve as their iPod Show Tunes Sweepstakes number.

4. Prizes and Odds. Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will receive a single, 30 GB iPod each. ARV: $249 each iPod; only one prize per person. Odds of winning are 3:5,000 (assuming 5,000 entries, final odds depend on number of entries).

5. Winner Selection: On Friday, June 8, 2007, thirty-five (35) randomly drawn International Robots & Vision Show badge numbers will be published online at www.robots-vision-show.info. Contestants, whose Show badge number contains an exact match of one of the 35 numbers, are eligible to claim their prize at booth 1771 (booth for the Robotic Industries Association and Automated Imaging Association) at the International Robots & Vision Show, Rosemont , Illinois , USA . Booth hours are 10 AM to 5 PM (C.D.T.) on Tuesday and Wednesday, and 10 AM to 3 PM (C.D.T.) on Thursday, June 12-14, 2007. Claimants will be required to provide their name, address, telephone number, and Show badge.

iPods will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to qualified contestants. Sponsor will not be responsible for contestants who attempt to claim prizes after 3 PM (E.D.T.) on Thursday, June 14, 2007.

6. Winner Acceptance. The three (3) winners must claim their prize at the International Robots & Vision Show booth 1771. Contestants must present the Show badge with the winning number. Failure to tender the badge with the winning number will result in forfeiture of the prize and it being awarded to another entrant. Failure to claim the prize at the Show may result in disqualification of winner, forfeiture of his or her interest in all prizes, and selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) prior to delivery of the prize. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation the Internet, or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

7. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Sweepstakes is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

8. Construction. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

9. Sponsor. The Show & Go iPod Giveaway is sponsored by Automated Technologies Council in conjunction with the International Robots & Vision Show. The decisions of the Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
