The RS20 is a high-performance SCARA robot with unrivalled speed, precision and a very small footprint for compact tabletop lean manufacturing. The complete SCARA robot line includes the; RS20, RS40B, RS60 and RS80 with a range of 220 mm, 400mm, 600mm, and 800mm reach and from .5kg to 8kg payload. The new RS20 SCARA robot features four-degrees of freedom, a hardened AB plastic external housing, electric servo-driven motors for reliability and all cables run internal of the arm including the electrical / pneumatic user lines. The RS20 utilizes the “CS8C M” controller which features a compact lightweight design based on the CS8 platform.
